It's going to be a quiet one around here this year. We were supposed to go to a party at a friend's house {the same friend's that hosted my surprise party}, but the Man is just not feeling up to it. He gave me the go ahead to go myself, and it is quite tempting since I love New Years and hanging out with my friends. I will not be going though, since he is the one I love and I would rather spend my New Year with him and our kids than all of the friends in the world.

I just told my hubby we are having Cheesy Mac for dinner and it is not the New Year's Eve dinners from yesteryear...lol. But We are cool just staying home with our little man. Have a wonderful night.

How sweet of you, and afterall, isn't that what holidays are all about?
We didn't go to our party either, as the son of our host ended up in the hospital after a seizure. We spent our night home together with our love Nano. I made The Hubs favorite meal and we watched a movie then watched the ball drop, had a glass of bubbly, our kiss, walked the dog and were in bed by 12:30.
