Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday.
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that you take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So Kailani thought that on Fridays she would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link at An Island Life. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
My question this week is:
How did you ring in the New Year?
This was probably my most uneventful New Year in quite some time. Since the man just had surgery, he wasn't up to leaving the house. We just sat here and watched some movies. Not too much fun, but at least we were together.

We were going to some friends house and my girls came down with a fever so we ended up celebrating with my 6 yr old twins. That's kind of how I would prefer it anyway.
Happy New Year!

We went to Ryan's for dinner, caught a movie, and then went to the river & fed the ducks. Not too partyish - but we had a great time!!
:)

We had steak for dinner and pie for dessert. Then we watched the movie, "Enchanted." It's such a cute movie!
we watched the ball drop on t.v.
I was taking care of my sick baby boy...
And reading a book! LOL
Movies are always fun :)
I can beat you though-I rang in the New Year on Farmville. LOL
I was rearranging my farm pretty much the whole night.
Pretty sad, but I had a good time.
I made Bill his favorite meal: steak, potatoes, asparagus, and chocolate lava cake for dessert (OK, that part is MY favorite), then we watched a movie, then the Twilight Zone marathon, then the ball drop, had our bubbly and a kiss. Afterwards Bill walked the dog while I got coffee ready for the morning and we were in bed by 12:30... we are so much fun!!
