My question this week is:
Do you have a landline? Or do you just use a cell phone?We just have cell phones. I haven't had a land line in years. Is that strange?

We just have a cell. Though I think when we get our house, I'm going to look into getting a landline. I'd like to have one in case of emergencies - power goes out and our cells die living in BFE? No bueno.

Although we never really use the land line...
We still have a landline because we don't use our cell phones that often. I know, I know...we are still in the stone age:-)
Both - because work pays for my cell phone.
I have both. Sometimes I want to know that the world is not moving too fast so landline is a referral point where I can always go back to.
Just cellphones here also. Everyone I know who has a land line complains that they'll get rid of it "soon" but don't. Thanks for the blog visit!
Well, we have both, but I've had my land line for years, and don't want to lose the number. Besides my husband's boss pays for our cell phones so I don't want to abuse the situation.

We got rid of landline in October. We waited because there were local issues with 911 service. Had to test them just days after we switched when my son had a febrile seizure and stopped breathing.
We had both for awhile and last year or the year before we just ended up getting rid of the landline because it was costing us too much money for both.
we only use cell phones here. my kids aren't going to know what a land line is. lol

Landline. There is only 1 cell phone in our house and we only use it for emergencies.
both, but we're moving soon and hope to do away with the landline. the landline only rings about once every few days and it's usually a telemarketer.
We have both. And I use both A LOT. In fact I even have a cordless that has 2 handsets and sometimes Ive talked them both to death so then I have to use my cell. But I hate it cause then I cant chat and talk on it at the same time!
I have a land line. Hubby would love to switch, but we have had such issues w. cell service in our area, and my phone often dies on us, so I wouldn't feel comfortable w.o it!

We got rid of our landline a while ago, as soon as we found out that we could get DSL without the home phone. It saved us a ton of money and we just use our cell phone. AT&T put a tower up in our downtown area, so we have no problem with a signal anywhere in the house... WooHoo!!
I'm probably one of the few people who still have a land line. I use both.
We have both...though, I'm not really sure why we have a land line.
