Our New Addition

We went to the pet store just to look at the fish because we were thinking about redoing our tank. Instead, we walked out with this adorable little cream colored albino ferret. Isn't she just the cutest!? We're still thinking of a name though.

I don't know if this Mom could have ever had a ferret in the house- My boys have went through MANY hamsters through the years, and they took way too many tours of our home! Have fun with your new addition!

I was shocked when I saw the title on my blogroll. I was wondering how you kept a secret like that for nine months.....I get it now! She is a cutie!

I've had 2 friends here (yes in CA) that had ferrets. Fun little critters (but stinky! lol). One friend had a hole in her carpet and one ferret would crawl around the house UNDER the carpet! lol

Wow - she is very cute! I think "Clara" would be a good name...don't ask me why!

Congrats!

She's cute. How about Ferrah Ferrit, because she looks like she could be a movie star.

How cute! My husband and I had a ferret about 9 years ago. She was a riot! She would run around the house and jump, tumble, roll, pounce...at absolutely nothing. lol. She really loved taking all the cat toys we got for her and hiding them behind the tv, speakers, couch...anything. Her name was Sierra. The only thing I didn't enjoy was having to give her baths every other day. Even with her "stink glands" removed, she still stunk.
Have fun with your new addition!

You had me nervous there... but she is so cute! She looks so soft. My step-son had two ferrets that were so adorable, I really love them. I'm sure your boys are going to have so much fun!

I always wanted a ferret when I was younger. I've heard they are so much fun and will keep you laughing! Good luck on the name!
