We all know that bread really isn't the greatest thing in the world for you if you're trying to lose weight. But there's just something about it that so many people cannot resist. I am one of those people, a major downfall for me.

When I heard about Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats, I was excited to try a new alternative to bread that I so often crave. With only 100 calories each, I don't have to feel so guilty about indulging.

I will admit, we do have sandwich days at least once a week. It's especially easy for a quick lunch when the kids aren't at school, or an easy dinner if we had a lot going on that evening. However, I usually shop the bakery and deli for our sandwich ingredients. I decided to mix things up a little bit and try our sandwiches with the Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats instead of bakery rolls. Nobody seemed to mind the difference in bread, which is delicious btw. I can feel better about my eating habits by eating my sandwiches on the deli flats. They're definitely a great alternative.
