I grew up with a dad that was big time into action movies. In the late eighties and early nineties, there just wasn’t as much variety in movies or television as there is now. So, the original Predator was one of those movies that we watched over and over and over again. You’d think I’d have gotten sick and tired of it, but nope. It’s on of my favorites!
Imagine waking up while you’re falling from the sky. That’s what happened to all of the characters in this movie. They were dropped onto and island that none of them had a clue about. They fought with each other and even tried to kill one another. Then they found their purpose on the island; to be hunted!
Predators was an awesome twist on the Predator universe and I enjoyed every bit of it. There was action. There was blood. There was gore. There were some parts I just couldn’t watch since I have a weak stomach, but that didn’t make the movie any less good. I’m just a wuss and have to cover my eyes through the gore.
