Now Lionsgate has released it in High Definition and I was blessed to be given it for review. I fell in love with The Last Unicorn as a child because it was so beautifully animated, but as an adult watching it I realized how it resonated the human heart.
The story of The Last Unicorn begins with a unicorn that finds that she is the last of her kind and so she begins to seek out others like herself. Through dangers in the world she had never known and those she begins to see are within her, she learns the value of friendship, love and who she truly is.
