I have to admit when I first saw the picture of this online I didn’t really understand what it was. It just looked like a long shawl to me. When it arrived, however, I was pleasantly surprised!
First, I ordered it in gray so that I could wear it spring, fall and winter if I wanted to. This was a great choice as I can tell already that it will go with so many things that I own. Secondly, (and probably most surprising) was the material! It is so soft, and has a really nice quality feel to it. It is a medium weight, so thicker than a Pashmina wrap, but not too heavy so that you couldn’t take it with you on a summer evening. And finally, I noticed what sets this apart from just a regular wrap is that it has sleeves! Yes! Built into the wrap are two long sleeves which help create the different looks. This is awesome! You can do so many different things with this wrap and never have the same look twice! Included with your order is a handy little pamphlet that shows you some of the looks you can create.

Who can?t use a little more oomph in their bust? I thought it would be fun to try these and it was. What can I say? Nursing two kids for the past six months and my son a year before has left things a little?deflated shall we say? What better quick fix than breathable soft cups to insert into your bra? I?ve personally never been one to wear low cut or cleavage baring tops, but if I was these would be great. They are made from gel and don?t show under your bra or shirt. You can order by cup size and they easily fit right into your bra.

Right now I am seeing these kinds of undergarments everywhere. Lucky for women today they aren’t our grandma’s girdles! The New Bottom Shaper is a wonderful product to keep things looking smooth and neat in your seat and around your hips. I like how the fabric wasn’t super constricting and could easily be something I would be able to wear all day to and from work or even under a nice dress. The legs go a little longer than the 10 year old version that I have from Victoria’s Secret, which is GREAT! I hated how it always rode up and I found myself tugging at it to pull it down.
I wore all three on the evening I went out with my friend. I wore a basic black Ralph Lauren dress that had a tank top and came down to about my knee. First, I was thrilled with my shaper as it didn’t ride up or make me feel like I was being constricted. The look under my dress was smooth and no one would know that I was wearing anything underneath at all. I was extremely comfortable and my top wasn’t low cut so there wasn’t cleavage to be seen (just not my thing) but things were ‘lifted’ so to speak. Also very comfortable!
And the night was a bit chilly when we left so I was happy to have my Cardi Wrap. I wore it as a loose cardigan. It was nice to have such a versatile item for my wardrobe. The weekend before I wore it out to dinner with khaki pants over a black tank top. I was again very comfortable and dressed perfectly for the bar and grill.
I loved all of these items. I know that I will get the most use out of the Cardi Wrap and New Bottom Shaper and think that most women out there would feel comfortable wearing them. I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to review these items as I am just too nervous ordering something sight unseen with regard to clothing. I can honestly say that these are QUALITY items that can work with any woman’s wardrobe!
