Pig of the Month Review & 4 Sauce Sampler Giveaway {CLOSED}

Pin It

By recreating our favorite barbecues from different regions, we’ve decided to make our own perfectly smoked barbecue ribs and lip-smacking sauces—and share the goodness with you! Pig of the Month offers ribs just the way all barbecue lovers want them: perfectly seasoned, tender-on-the-inside but crispy-on-the-outside, smoky, and mouthwatering—just tear-off-the-bones good barbecue. Our smoking technique is one that was perfected over many decades. (We didn’t just stuff ourselves full with all the barbecue; we also did research.)
With a house full of guys, I have some pretty big eaters on my hands. Sometimes I fell like I'm feeding an army the way they eat. When I heard about Pig of the Month, I was quite excited to try some of their bbq food. I thought I'd do a football party with the Football Tailgating Special, it sure sounded like fun! They only problem? I just couldn't get the guests to come.

But still no fear, because with hungry boys around we'd still chow this stuff up! I made the hand pulled pork for Big Bro's small birthday gathering last weekend. Everyone really enjoyed it, even the kids! The Man said it was the best pulled pork he's ever had.

Earlier this week, I slow cooked some of the ribs for dinner. I soaked them in bbq sauce and stuck them in the oven for awhile. They turned out absolutely delicious!

The great thing about Pig of the Month is that you can order stuff specifically, or in feasts. This makes it quite convenient when you're shopping for a party!
