“Quagmire Kids ? full line of stylin? threads for the skate park, surf camp, the golf course or detention ? has a core focus on the heat-sensitive, color-changing ColorFusion shirts. A throwback to the Hypercolor fad from the early ?90s, it blows the minds of a whole new 21st century generation with various styles of tees and polos that transform from orange to yellow, purple to pink, blue to white and green to yellow. ColorFusion changes colors when the temperature ? not the sunlight – hits 20? Celsius (that’s 68? Fahrenheit for Quagmire’s friends in the USA ). For boys and girls, the shirts for ages 4-to-14 come in sizes XS-XXL.”
Well I sure remember the Hypercolor fad from the ’90s. Do you, or am I just getting old now? Anywhoos, they were the coolest thing in the world and I swear every kid had at least 4 different ones. We’d all have a blast putting hand prints all over our friends. Well Quagmire Kids has brought them back! I was so excited to share this awesome ColorFusion shirt with Lil Man!
I led him to the site and let him pick out a shirt. He chose the Wicked in Blue/White since blue is his favorite color. When it finally arrived, I was so excited to show him just how cool this shirt really is! It’s definitely not your normal every day t-shirt, that’s for sure!
The color changing goes into effect when there is heat on the shirt, such as heat from your hands or even the air sometimes. It’s really super cool! You can see it in action for yourself over at Quagmire Kids.
The thing that I especially love about the Wicked shirt that my son got to test out is the quality of material. Made out of 100% cotton, it’s nice and strong.
There are currently only a few different styles to choose from, but I invite you to take a quick peek at the Quagmire Kids Spring 2012 line. They have some really awesome clothes coming out next year that I’m definitely going to have to grab for my boys! We’re all actually pretty excited for them to launch!
