Glad has these new ForceFlex black bags that are great for around the house. We’ve been doing a lot of yard work and let me tell you, these bad boys sure came in handy! The Glad ForceFlex black bags are so much stronger than my every day garbage bags, so they helped make clean-up a breeze!
The shot above is The Man raking up what was left of a brush pile by the pier after we had taken all the branches out to burn. It was quite a mess over there! When I found out I was one of the lucky people chosen for the Glad Black Bag Blog Tour, I knew we would tackle this project once the bags arrived to put them to the real test.
By the time we were done with clean up, there were 3 bags jam packed and stuffed with brush. I was very impressed with how well these bags handles the job because I could never think of filling and stuffing our normal every day garbage bags. They would rip, break and fall apart with just one scoop of all that brush!
The Glad ForceFlex black bags helped make this job so much easier. We were able to shovel the brush int he bags in no time with little to no damage. There were a lot of smaller branches still in the pile, so of course some did jam through. But it was nothing compared to what we usually get through our normal bags. It’s about an acre distance from the pier to the house and I actually dragged the full bags back to the house without the ripping or tearing!
