Inova Professional Silk Keratin "The Miracle Mask" Review & Giveaway - Sprining Into Summer Fun {CLOSED}

Pin It
Spring is in the air and you know what that means. We finally get to have some fun in the sun! Of course, we're celebrating bloggy style! Join us all Spring and Summer long for some great product finds for these awesome seasons. Of course we'll have tons of great prizes for you to win too so make sure to subscribe to our blog to stay in the loop!

Inova Professional was founded by Daniel Babishov and Simon Aminov, two NYC salon owners and senior hair stylists. With over 40 years of combined experience, they both specialize in unruly, curly, frizzy hair. After many years of seeing clients' hair become increasingly unmanageable and frizzy due to color processing, relaxing, and various other chemical processes, they wanted to develop a treatment that would not only salvage their clients' hair, but also act as a conditioning treatment to keep hair healthy and shiny. Their goal was to develop a solution for unmanageable hair, as well as a cohesive hair-care system for clients to prolong it's long-lasting results.

I am a curly, wavy, cannot control this hair girl. My hair really does have a mind of it's own. Some days, it is frizzy, unruly, and I look like I stepped straight out of White Snack's video. Just poof. Other days, when I have that extra time on my hands (read: Hubbers is home that day) I actually dry and style my hair! And, it looks great, for the first half of the day. Before the humidity of the south weighs it down and frizzes it out. So, I do what most moms resort to, I throw it up, haphazardly, and pray the messy bun look works for me.

I no longer have to worry about my hair attempting to eat my head and those around me! Thanks to Inova Professional  and The Miracle Mask! Unlike other keratin treatments, this is a silk keratin conditioning mask for your hair that repairs and rejuvenates to give you sleek, silky, crave worthy hair! Did you know that keratin is a natural protein already found in your hair? Treatments and masks add more keratin to your hair, which helps fill in gaps on your strands to stop the breakage, dryness, or cracked areas. The Miracle Mask is a weekly treatment you can use at home, formulated with white carnation oil, avocado oil, silk protein, and keratin protein. No need to head to the salon and drop a small fortune, use this 17.6 fl.oz mask on damp hair after washing with a keratin infused shampoo. (Which are becoming popular, you'll have no trouble finding one at the drug store, I promise!) Once you evenly distribute the silk keratin gel into your hair, wait a solid twenty to thirty minutes. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy it. Catch up on your favorite show. Find a cure for the common cold. Something that doesn't take a long time or you can pause. Then, simply, rinse it out in lukewarm water and then style as usual. With a blowout at the salon, you cannot wash your hair for a couple of days. No so with this weekly at home treatment!

I was so thrilled to see the difference in my hair. Even my husband noticed, which is saying a lot. The first time I used the treatment, I let my hair air dry, which usually turns into a nightmare and I cry. Not this time! My hair dried in silky waves with absolutely no poof. The following week, I decided to blow it out and style it. I was amazed at the time I could cut down on using my curling iron. I did not have to go over and re-curl the top layer to reduce the frizz. In fact, I only sectioned my hair into three and curled. I had red carpet worthy hair the rest of the day! This product really is a miracle!

If you're looking for an at home treatment to save your money, time, and sanity, then I suggest Inova Professional's The Miracle Mask to unkink your curls, smooth your fly-aways, plus shine that will force your friends to wear sunglasses.

I've never tried it. I usually just use deep-conditioning treatments on my hair every so often. I'd like to start experimenting with other products, though.
