With Father’s Day right around the corner, I’m sure we’ve all got “daddy” on the brain. Guys can be awfully hard to buy gifts for and your brain might be in overdrive trying to decide on that perfect gift for that special guy in your life.
Well the National Peanut Board suggests a wonderful breakfast in bed to make Dad feel loved this Father’s Day. They do say that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach! So this year, make him a delicious breakfast that he’ll never forget! The National Peanut Board has provided me with some tips to share on fun ways to get the whole family involved this Father’s Day.
-
Don?t break the bank. When choosing d?cor, keep it simple or consider creating your own. Before heading to the grocery store, check the pantry for items that will bring flavor and nutrition. Adding peanut butter to Dad’s favorite breakfast dishes is not only budget-friendly, but with more protein than any other nut, it really delivers a nutritional bang for your buck.
-
Include your little ones. Children enjoy getting involved more than simply watching an activity. Encourage them to add their own creative ideas for the meal and activities of the morning.
-
Make it a tradition. Hosting a Father’s Day breakfast annually will create long-lasting memories that the entire family can cherish and pass on to the next generation.
