I was able to try out the Silver Celtic Cross in a medium size for my fine, but semi-thick and naturally wavy/curly hair. The clip itself is in the shape of a figure eight, with the wire beaded, and very bendable. Once I had it secured around my hair, I often forgot I was wearing it until I bumped the back of my head on a chair or when I would absently attempt to tighten it. I can now wear my hair in a different style each day with this one simple hair item! I love how it adds charm to a simple pony tail or half-up hairstyle but still lends itself to the ‘tails up’ look a teeth clip can offer.
