Our products aspire to bring humor, function, organization, and aesthetics to everyday life. We believe that people are intelligent enough to appreciate wit, wordplay, and conceptual thought. Whether we?re producing sticky notes or a volume of thoroughly researched nonfiction, we strive not to dumb down as we create. Our sensibility remains proudly distinct.
Knock Knock is one of my favorite shops at the moment; they’re amusing, witty and just plain fun! I’ve had the pleasure of choosing two products to share with you, one which will showcase a video of my son reading some amazing words!
Child rearing has a language all its own, and mastering parenting vocabulary can be a daunting task. If you or someone you know is new to the baby scene, it’s likely you?re perplexed by concepts such as co-sleeping, playdates, and poo finger. With the humor and classic educational techniques of Parenting Flashcards, you?ll learn to speak parent in no time!
Currently everyone I know is having babies. I have went to so many baby showers in the last few months that I’m starting to get baby fever myself! I was a little out of the loop with the current lingo in parenting (yes there is a lingo!), so I decided to choose The Parenting Flashcards.
These are a great gift for new parents. OR to give to a friend after you’ve had a baby and they look at you funny when you mention ‘poo finger’.
Each card has a photo that just makes you giggle to bits. The definitions are so serious that I couldn’t help but laugh each time someone read one. The craziest thing is is that they’re all true! We do use all these weird terms for parenting! I of course brought them to the baby-showers and had a lot of fun showing them off to everyone. If you are hosting or joining a baby-shower soon, I wholeheartedly recommend grabbing these cards! The new parents will thank you for all the fun!
They also have Corporate and Slang Flashcards as well!
The Big Word Flashcards are my favorite, most favorite flashcards. I chose them because my toddler loves flashcards and I thought it would be hilarious to show him overly large words with amusing pictures. What I didn’t expect is that he would learn all the words!
