I love to be pampered and what woman doesn’t? An induldgent bath with scrubs, creams, and other wonderful aromatic items can bring on a whole new attitude in a person. I was lucky enough to try three products from their line. The first product was the Oriental Opulence Body Glow which was is a very gentle scrub, perfect for those with sensitive skin or looking for a gentle product to use. Made with sea salt, honey, sesame seed oil, mango butter, and rice bran wax, this scrub is a natural product leaving skin smooth, rejuvenated, and moisturized. The smell is just amazing, sweet, woodsy and just a touch spicy; it’s luscious!
The Skin Comforting Miracle Balm is truly a little miracle in a bottle. Made with shea butter, sweet almond oil, beeswax, cocoa seed butter, and meadowfoam oil, this balm works wonders, quickly. With the seasons changing, my knees, elbows, and heels start to become chapped and dry. This balm acts quickly to moisturize and heal without a greasy feeling, allowing me to use it on my lips as well. I told you it was a little miracle worker.
The Mediterranean Bliss Shimmering Body Oil reminds me of being in middle and high school, but with a more grown up twist. Made with rice bran oil, sesame seed oil, and jojoba oil, this shimmering oil leaves the skin soft and radiantly glowing. The fragrance is sweet and spicy but not overpowering. The shimmer is subtle but definitely noticeable when the light hits you, great for adding a little flair for a night out or even sparkle to your holiday makeup routine. I generally do not like to use body oil, I’m not a big fan of how it feels, but Champneys is light and somewhat dry, allowing it to be absorbed easily and without a greasy, left behind feeling.
