3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes Toy Cleaning Challenge Plus $100 Toys "R" Us Gift Card Giveaway

Winter plus kids equal germs; lots and lots of germs. They spread them all around the house, including on their toys. Well germs may have finally met their match with 3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes!

Killing 99% of household germs* along with cold and flu viruses, these wipes leave surfaces residue free so they don't require additional wiping. What a time saver!

To put these new 3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes to the test, I headed out to Toys "R" Us and grabbed a couple of NERF guns for Lil Man. Being his top favorite kind of toys, these really go through some wear and tear. He'll play NERF wars with the neighborhood boys or even my brothers and Big Bro sometimes. They get thrown around inside and out and also come into contact with  a lot of germs.

This toy is pretty new, but you can already see some dirty spots and smudges on it. It's definitely been through a few wars in its time already. Armed with my 3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes, I wiped the surface to see how the wipes would do.

It didn't take much to get this baby clean. One wipe is all it took to get this job done.

Voila, clean and germ free. Although, I do still see a permanent little scuff a tad. I guess Lil Man must have dropped it already a time or two. Boys will be boys..

How do you keep your child's toys clean?
Tell me how and you could win a $100 Toys "R" Us gift card and 3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes!

The Giveaway: How would you like to win a $100 Toys "R" US gift card and 3M Scotch-Brite Botanical Disinfecting Wipes? I have one to give away to one lucky contestant!

To enter the giveaway please follow all of the directions below! If you don't follow the rules, you can't win!

My tip is to use antibacterial wipes on large toys and invest in a toy sanitizer for smaller toys.

All the plastic NON battery toys go into a 1 to 10 bleach/water bath in a tub IN the bathtub. * like day cares do. But OH there are SO many techie battery operated toys now that have to be wiped instead. My daughter does day care in our house, just for our grandson and very part time for others. Right now during flu season is VERY important to clean. With toddlers all teething, they chew on EVERYthing. ICK! Inbetween weekly toy baths, she uses antibac wipes specially made for toys. I will give her this link to check on this product as well.

thanks much!

sorry, Mel. I did post but did not show up. So, just saying we do clean the plastic toys that are non battery toys in a 1 to 10 bleach/water bath once a week and do antibacterial wipes inbetween. My daughter does day care here so is very important for teething toddlers, who put EVERYTHING in their mouths, to clean toys. Especially during flu and cold season. I will send a link to this product.

thanks!
