I had the opportunity to use Boiron Arnicare Gel, a week ago. From time to time, I miss a step and slide down my stairs. My clumsiness gave me a nice bruise on my bum. I applied the Arnicare Gel a few times during the day, and every night before bed and it only took two days for the bruise to start fading and the pain to stop. Without the gel it would of taken a week or so. I am so thankful I had this on hand!
