We received a wonderful surprise in the mailbox last week.....Home Alone, The Holiday Heist. The weather is freezing here, all our hockey and basketball games were earlier, there was no football games on the tv, so we cuddled down in the afternoon for a great movie!
We could care less that it is a holiday movie. Who has time to sit down to a movie during the crazy holiday bustle? I know we didn't. I loved that we could sit down together and relax, while watching a very funny movie.
"In the latest installment of the Home Alone franchise, Finn Baxter and his family move from California to Maine to their new house. Finn is terrified and believes the house is haunted. While he sets up traps to catch the "ghost," his parents get stranded across town and Finn is home alone with his sister. Their house is targeted by three thieves."
We loved Home Alone: The Holiday Heist! It follows along the same theme as the original Home Alone movie with slight differences. First, it is up-to-date with cell phones, texting, gaming, high-tech electronics, even moving across the country for Mom's job!
Three thieves instead of two!
Marbles (or something like marbles) in the garage. I think they were either in the entry way or front porch in the original movie.
Two kids at home instead of one!
If you are looking for a great movie, with a holiday theme, my family gives Home Alone: The Holiday Heist two (okay ten) thumbs up! In fact, the girls are having friends spend the night and have it out to watch, again.
Buy It! You can buy the Home Alone: The Holiday Heist online from Amazon for $19.98.
