How to Make Salt and Vinegar Game Day Chicken Wings
Step One
Mix the coarse salt, cornstarch, and malt vinegar together until evenly combined. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet or tray and let it dry for 24 to 48 hours, or until all the moisture has evaporated.

Step Two
Transfer the dried mixture to a food processor and blend until it becomes a fine powder. Set it aside.

Step Three
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Melt the butter in a large skillet, then cook the chicken wings with the black pepper and a small splash of vinegar until they are lightly browned.

Step Four
Lightly coat the wings with some of the prepared vinegar salt powder, then arrange them on a baking tray.

Step Five
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through. Remove them from the oven and toss them with another coating of the vinegar salt before serving.
